we had the chance to try "old" work tools and methods after our tour. Koos is not too handy with tools!!
After a morning walking we stopped at Aberfoyle and looked in the wollen mill there because they have a tearoom there. We decided on the tasty (but not very healthy) cream cake - we did share it though!!
once again along the Birds of Prey Trail there is a short but good walk in Glenfinglas with lovely views.
from the visitors centre there are several walks signposted. We chose to do the waterfall walk and apart from the thousand of irritating mosquitos it was fantastic.
Along the Birds of Prey Trail you go along the Duke's Pass with its wonderful views.
along the Birds of Prey Trail you come along the mountain Ben A'an and the walk is wonderful. The only pity was the heavy shower we had went we were walking back down.
We parked the car at Balloch Castle and walked through the parkland and shores of Loch Lomond.
