During our day trip to Novoderkul Horse Farm

We paid a visit to Illyria in May 2012 and saw these small rapids during our walk along the bank...

The beautiful and healthy black horse that I rode with Vladimir’s help turned out to be a good pleasure riding horse. She is strong and very well behaved. She perfectly obeyed Vladimir, its stableman, a friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced wrangler.
It was fun riding that horse. I felt as if I was an aspiring cowboy.
I rode the horse for ten minutes, not more. Though it was a bit expensive, I am glad that I did it under Vladimir’s supervision. So it was worth the money.
It was great to get away from a big city for the entire day and a pleasure to be in such beautiful surroundings.
My friends and I are inexperienced riders and we were given a wonderful, calm, friendly horse. I would recommend this trip to anyone.
If I go to Bolotenne once more, I will take up this ride again. Thanks to our hosts and the stableman Vladimir for guiding us.
It was nice to see that the horses were well fed and cared for.

The weather, the countryside, breakfast, and the horses: everything helped to make this experience unforgettable.
We had an amazing time.

I went to see the village church.

I decided to climb the 306 steps and enjoy the views from the observation platform at the height of 74 meters.

The New Year fairy-tale was staged by the eleventh-formers and presented to the public. This is the farewell dance of all fairy-tale heroes...

I decided to make a video of their last waltz at our traditional Last Bell ceremony held at our high school on may 31, 2009 at the entrance to the university.

This dance was performed on the last day of school on May 31, 2009 by tenth-formers of our high school.

It is a very unqie hotel for it is located in a very special place in the middle of an old Cossack settlement in a very picturesque countryside. A famous Soviet movie about Cossacks “The Quiet Don” was filmed here.
