Snow, snow everywhere!

by empbu - last update: Apr 30, 2003

A road view...

One February day the weather was around -20 C but the nature looked amazing! I just had to go out and take a couple of photos.

Church of Kuusankoski

Snowy Church Park

Snowy Church Park II

Snow sculpting! ...yeah, crazy Finns! ;)

The snow sculpting's Finland's Championship competition is held in Kuusankoski every year. :) This one came second I think!

Willow tree in the yard of my parents' house

A snow labyrinth

That's me on our back yard! I think this photo is taken in 1984. :) Now THAT looks like a lot of snow!

I know you might think I'm crazy. But I do love the fact that you get to see so much snow in your hometown!!!

My brother and I used to make snow tunnels / caves back East as little-uns. And when it was no longer fun to protect it against imaginary snow-monsters, I would kick my bro out and protect the "cave" against him.
