The following was written by our organizers. I have used their write-ups for information purposes only.

"This evening's meal is a Piatto della Tradizione (Traditional dish) and comprises of Casoncelli (a traditional Bergamo pasta dish), polenta, salame bergamasco (Bergamo salami) coniglio (rabbit) e taleggio (taleggio cheese). Included in the price is a quarter litre Valcalepio (red) wine. a half litre of water and caffe (traditional Italian coffee)."
