These are our prize winning lights at the church where I work and before you get all stroppy about us wasting power etc. let me assure you that the display is as green as it can be. All the lights are LED and they use less power than our usual security lights which are turned off when the Christmas Lights are on. We also have a carbon footprint trade off amongst our parishioners.
It's impossible to get it all in one shot.
And from another angle. that's my office behind the blue lights.
Crowds gather for our outdoor Christmas Mass complete with live pageant featuring real camels, donkey, sheep etc. Here's Mary and Joseph and the donkey. This year more than three thousand people turned out to see it.
Here come the angels.
Followed closely by the shepherds
And then the camels with the wise men.
The camels take a well deserved break from trekking across the desert.
