I took a day trip into the oldest rainforest of the world and the day was fascinating!
But also somehow scary.
There were always something lethal around. When it was some a plant or a spider in the rainforest, when it was a crocodile or ja ellyfish on the beach.
Paradise with so many dangers…

I like hiking and walking in the nature generally.
So the Victoria’s bushes have totally captured my heart. Parks are well maintained and there are plenty of them especially on Mornington Peninsula where I have spend most of my time during my trips.
My favorite hike was the two bays track which connects Bushrangers Bay with Port Phillip Bay. For me it’s special because of its nature. It’s one of few places where you can still see kangaroos (see video).
Yeah, actually many of them. :)
Also the bush and its flora changes when going up to Arthur’s Seat from coast.
