Five years ago, whilst enjoying the beauties of Girona (discovering the place that later became my home), I heard that Ibrahim Ferrer was going to perform in Skopje. I got in touch with the people organizing the concert and managed to "get the gig as an interpreter". OH THE JOY!!!!

Forward EXACTLY 5 years later... I come from Spain, this time closing the Girona chapter of my life, only to understand that there will be some "cuban concert" in Skopje. My friends prompted me into buying a ticket and... as soon as I saw that the organizers were the same people (www.lithiumrecords.com.mk) that organized Ferrer's concert, I wrote to them, only to ask who in fact was coming.
... And guess what?! They "hired" me again to be the official interpreter and a host for the artists.
Musicians, singers, dancers... 20 something LOVELY CUBANS that really brought color, rhythm, freshness and fun in my everyday life.
So... to honour them...

No me soprende eso para nada... Acabaron con su comida, y no faltaba más que un: "Y si bailan un poco, como para enseñarme salsa"...
