BIGGEST BRIGHTEST FULL MOON OF 2009 | Biggest & brightest full moon of 2009 |

There was a forum talking about how the moon was so beautiful as it was the closest, biggest and brightest full moon of 2009.
Monday morning, I went out in the freezing cold to get my newspaper at the end of our driveway. I looked to the western sky and saw the most awesome sight of the full moon between the trees. I ran back into the house, grabbed my camera and went back outside to take some shots. I took about eight pictures in about two minutes. I had taken off my right-hand glove to snap the pictures and in that short time, I could feel my fingers freezing up - that's how cold it was. But the sky was crisp and clear. |
