Wee was very busy in the lead-up to the Christmas Holiday. Although she detests the very thought of children invading her home, she played the part of the festive kitty. She donned her elf gear and began wrapping presents. For an easily distracted feline she stayed quite engaged. The ribbons proved to be too much for her in the end - she was unable to finish her mission and ended the evening lying on the wrapping paper, tangled in shiny ribbon and a little over-stimulated.

Christmas in Santa Fe was not as painful as she anticipated. Although there were kids and dogs in the mix, she was able to elude them for the most part by laying low in her cat-cube. This provide just the right cover for spying on Santa. She caught him in mid-delivery of his gifts and disrupted his schedule by talking him into an early feeding just afer midnight. (Notice the night vision goggles - Santa never saw her coming.)

Wee rang in 2009 by sitting 'round the fire with her new best friend, Kelly. Seemed like a pleasurable evening until the gunshots began to ring out - time to head inside and have a little snack before turning in. The first day of the year was spent relaxing and setting the tone for 2009 by finding her favorite blanket and burrowing underneath for a day-long siesta.
