I was treated to lunch here in the delightful cafe, for an early birthday celebration from my sister.
The Centre is just past the Chessington World of Adventures, in Surrey. It's on the Epsom Road, about 3 miles past Kingston. |
| | Twinkling Christmas shop. Huge shop area, selling everything from candles, gifts, speciality beers and wines, gardening equipment to..... Advent calendars for pets! |
| We looked in wonder- but didn't buy! |
| | Fairyland.. Stunning Christmas decorations for sale- but quite pricey. |
| Chairs were surprisingly comfortable... |
| | Pretty cafe. We enjoyed scrummy sandwiches, home made, with salad accompaniment, of rocket , tomatoes and cucumber.Generous amount of prawn mayonnaise. Great value at £3.45. |
| Delightful surroundings for a coffee. |
| | Cafe and plant displays. There was even a little robin, trotting around the cafe..
Tea for one was served in a pot and good coffee came in a generous sized cup. |
| Not seen white ones before. |
| | In the pink! Pretty Christmas Roses. |
| Ooh- yummee, that's good:-) |
| | Mr. Bear having a munch! He's not really eating the Christmas Tree--just my bad composition! |
| | Mr.Polar Bear. We found him wandering around the shop! |
