Huay Sai Royal Development Study Centre located in Cha Am District (around 15 mins drive from Cha Am beach), established on 5 April 1983, in the toral area almost 10,000 rai. It intends to implement His Majesty's wish by developing the land as look of desert by destroyed back to the green area. There is walk trail through abundance of trees and some interpretative information for walkers to understand more. There's also area for official demostrate about how to manage and growing plants and this type of area.
