There is one period in my year to see a nice winter and to enjoy snow - it's Eastern time in Hyrynsalmi, Finland.

This is a place in the North of Finland, wich was getting as a second home for me during the last years.

And of course, sauna. A lot of families there have two saunas - one inside of living house, operated by electric oven, and one real sauna outside the house, heated by wood.

I love to make covers for candles from the ice. On Easter it is normal to be minus 15 celsius in the night. it is a perfect time for ice works ;-) Sometimes I use a bit color for the ice, but most beautifull are just trasparent...

The best thing during dark and cold time is to have candles everywhere. It is already a tradition for me to make a candle lightened road from house to sauna.

I also like to make tunels under snow. It is double fun when you do it with children as a team work. My daughter, my friend's daughter already enjoyed this game ;-)

This skiing place is ideal for beginners and people, who just want to ski in peace. Perfect condition of lines and not crowded at all.

This pure is made from grain and milk is added on the top. It is sweet thing, someone loves it and someone can't eat it. I always eat a litlle bit.
