A delightful, real English pub, next to 'Rock, Sole and Plaice'.Must say- it looked very tempting from outside. |

| | The Menu. 'Rock, Sole and Plaice' is an old established London fish n chip restaurant, dating from 1871!
Great food, well served, by waiters, waitresses, who had to go up and down about 14 stairs to bring orders and huge jugs of iced water. It was very hot in that basement area of the pla(i)ce! |

| | "Rock, Sole and Plaice" What a delightful place,( enough 'plaice' jokes!) this was for a family meeting. Great food, great atmosphere- a wonderful evening enjoyed by all. |
