Well we all met at the Novotel (where many were staying) and boarded the bus around 9am
First stop KAKADU WINERY. This winery brings in grapes from around Australia but also makes Mango wine.
Guess what - It was closed when we got there. Have since found out (via the net) that it opens daily to the public at 11am so we were just toooooo early. |
|  | Croc Farm Next stop was to be a crock farm out of Darwin on the hwy. So off we went.
Guess what - It was closed.
Apparently a week or so earlier some vandals got in and flooded some of the pens letting many of the croc's escape. They rounded them all up, but then decided (we later found out) to move their operation into Darwin itself for better business opportunities. |
Territory Wildlife Centre We then decided to change the 2 days programs and go to the wild life centre today instead of Sunday, and then on the the jumping croc tour.

| | Jumping Croc Tour This is a great one hour boat tour up the river. All the croc's are named and we got a potted history of all we saw. |

| | Dinner Dinner that night was at the Water Ski club. A great outdoor setting with a wonderful sunset.
Excellent Buffet as well and very reasonable in price |
