Some girls get lots of diamonds, others get flowers delivered...Me? I got a special treat of an invitation to a meal cooked by my husband at home. It was all so well thought out. He called into the office with a single red rose wrapped in a menu for the evening. All beautifully done.
Wine was poured for me while I waited for dinner. He had made them all from scratch and I must say it was the BEST meal he had ever made. The table was laid and there were low lights and heart shaped confetti strewn across the table to top it all.
A Valentines evening to remember.

|  | Starter was fragrant Jumbo prawns on a bed of salad. |
| | Main course was Sea Bass served on a bed of Fennel which had been poached in a seafood consomme served with purple sprouting broccoli (my favourite) and pureed artichokes. |
Dessert was mango sorbet served with brandy snap biscuit.
Never took a picture of this...must have been the wine!!! Trust me it was good! |
