Lookout "River", little beach:) At the end of November the Keurbooms River came down in flood, burst its banks and literally RETURNED the area to 1922 odd in terms of river mouth. Although there was a great deal of damage, Plett has recovered and there is almost a new beach area near along the Keurbooms Lagoon. Now if you have never been here, this is all probably a bit uninteresting...but just to allay fears that Plett has changed too much? No - still great! |
