| | Sir Norman Foster's Architecture Crowned by a dome designed by Sir Norman Foster.
The latest phase of rebuilding was between 1995 and 1999 to a design by Sir Norman Foster that transforms the Reichstag into a modern meeting hall crowned with an elliptical dome with a viewing gallery.
The first parliamentary meeting in the building took place on the 19th April 1999. |
