| Apparently the skiing was good |
After the crap snow year of 2006, the 07 season has come as a real happy surpise. Lots of snow, for Australia anyway, and a long season right from the get go. |

The Food! The Apre ski scene is an important part of the ski holiday. We stayed at Hotel Pension Grimus and their restaurant, Kaptans, is one of the best in alpine Australia. | | | Marinated prawns on a cous cous salad with crab |

| | But I'd have to say Kofflers Hutte at the top of the mountain has the best view from the outside terrace. |
