Since we have been to Stockholm quite a few times now, we have accumulated some facts, links and other resources which may be of use-interest to the fellow traveller. It is also a good excuse to show you some more pictures.

GBP 16) Evening meal at Kvarnen (2 courses + beer): SEK 250 (approx. GBP 18) Beer (40cl Spendrups) SEK 41 (approx. GBP 3) Spending money: SEK 400 /night (= approx GBP 30) Stockholm is not as expensive as many people believe. You can have a good long weekend (3 nights) for a total of around GBP 400 including return travel, 3- or 4-star hotel, meals at decent restaurants, drinks, public transport, museums and other spending money. |
