Well a lot of mules and donkeys work there life away going to and from Fira and the old harbour

A steep clime that for sure will make you sweet going up in the sun. I walked down in good time taking photos on the way in no kind of rush in 20-25 min. Just to wait for the rest of the VTérs for an whole hour. After some time waiting the Turkish girls came and then Kaspian showing that the trip down in JUST 5 MIN (OR LESS) will make you sweet like Elvis. An amassing and admirable sprint he made not to miss the ones about to take the cable cars down … he just had to wait 15 min for the rest.

As amassing skills Ed have running down Galatea showed in the art of persuasion as she got all onboard the boat even as we where a bit late (even in Greek time) due to a mess of a line up to the cable cars. So all where happy at the boat going to Nea Kameni/well the volcano. After my first visit to a volcano we had a little swim in a hot spring DAO lost his glasses we tried to dive for them with no luck as it was to deep. This unfortunately made DAO almost blind for the rest of his trip.

After the little restful swim it was up Thirasia for lunch at the Panorama restaurant some taking the donkey/mules
