Travels and literature, food and drinks.

Café Thijssen, Amsterdam.
At least in the Netherlands there are cafés/pubs and restaurants named after the great local and international authors and poets.
For example in Amsterdam you have café Thijssen, named after the author of the Dutch book Kees de jongen.
Can you please give me the name(s) of cafés/pubs and restaurants you have been in your hometown, or during your travels, named after authors/poets and if possible your favourite dish/drink?
And when available also the title(s) of his/hers famous book(s).
I have the intention to put all your usefull tips on these pages with your name.
Thanks in advance.
