| Friends in Tel-Arad, Israel |
Meet our friends Steve & Jessica (his daugther). This was taken at Tel-Arad. |
| Michal and Martin, Israel |
This is Michal, she also works with me and is much better looking than Felix, but don't tell him that. |
| Marc at our home, Arad, Israel |
Meet Marc, (on the left) he came to visit us from the US for a few days and soak up some sun in the winter. The rest of us you know, me, Zohara, Tal and Clara (Zohara's mom). |
| Fuks, Shatzky and Sampsons in Arad, Israel |
Here's some friends "enjoying" a BBQ on Independence Day 1996, here in Arad. The evening was quite cold, but we could see the fireworks from a front row seat. From in front-left, thats Tal, Laya, Monica, Eric, Aria and me. PS: we have a bigger table today... |
This was taken at our friends Berta and Giora. As you can see everyone gets involved in the "cooking". Thats Ludwig, Rafi, Giora, Eric and Tzvika "getting into it". Don't those steaks look good.. |
| Zohara, Tal and Martin, Tel-Arad, Israel |
Here's another pic of us at Tel-Arad, Yehuda and Dafna had arranged an evening of music and food, we were all for it. |
| Derflers, Sampsons and Gubrins at Tel-Arad, Israel |
Thats me on the left, with Yehuda, Steve, Jessica, Zohara and Dafna in back, and Tal in front. Picture was taken at Tel-Arad. |
This pic was taken at Mamshit near Dimona, about 30 kilometers south of Arad. It is an ancient Nabatean city that has been partially excavated. We took our VT friends Imre, Hilla and Gil there along with our WUJS son David. From the left that's David, Imre, Me, Gil and Hilla. |
| Stuart, Tal and Evelyn, Arad, Israel |
Meet Stuart and Evelyn (thats Tal in the middle). Picture was taken at our home. Stuart and Evelyn were our adopted "kids" from the WUJS institue here in Arad. |
| Zohara and Tal, Nahal Ein Bokek, Israel |
This pic was taken (1989)in Nahal Ein Bokek at the Dead Sea. Thats Tal at 3 months, we began training Tal very early to travel. We go there often with our friends Berta and Giora and their kids. The entrance to Nahal Ein Bokek is only a two minute walk from the road and has water all year round, making a nice stop to get away from the heat of the Dead Sea. We quite often use it as a stopping point when we do mountain bike rides in the area. |
| Tal and Deba, Arad, Israel |
Meet Deborah, she and Tal are working on a painting project. Pic taken in our home. |
| Deba, Tal and Stuart, ballon blowing, Arad, Israel |
Here Tal is learning ballon blowing from Stuart, with Deborah keeping a close eye on things to make sure they do not blow up or get out of hand. |
| Felix and Martin, in Eilat, Israel |
Meet Felix (no not the cat). We have worked together now for 12 years. The pic was actually taken in 1995 when we were on vacation together in Eilat. |
