"Cont trip of Crete" Crete Island Travelogue by Suzze

This was the day we had the hired open top jeep and the four of us ventured out into the unknown! We did a bit of a trek up a mountain and came back down to this in the photo. It was really desolate and we didn't really know where we were! We just carried on and came to a little village that directed us back safe and sound to our hotel!

We actually walked all the way down here just to view a little church! It was very scenic though but hurt a bit climbing back up!

We did a boat trip out to this little island, I can't remember the name of it now as was a while ago we came here, but will try to find out to put it on here. I remember thinking as the boat dropped us off there for the afternoon, I hope they come back for us! We did a really nice walk away from the beach as there wasn't much there. It was like a little forest and the men thought they were tarzan for the afternoon climbing over the rocks on the river that ran through.
