The weather was so nice! I was amazed to wear my T-shirts at the end of December. Another thing that I liked a lot from Tenerife was its landscapes. I thought that Tenerife was only sun, sand and sea but I was totally wrong. It's got nice green landscapes, above all in the north of Tenerife

This is the typical tree in all Canary Islands. The legend says that when a dragon died, he changed and became a drago tree.

Teide is a volcan. You can see it from almost all the places in Tenerife north. It is 3718 metres high.

You can go up the top of the Teide by cable car. The cable car will take you up to 3550 metres. Then if you want to go up to the top of the Teide, you need to ask for a permission. You can get more information in La Oficina del Parque Nacional.

These are only three names of the many villages you can visit on the island. Most of them has got wonderful colonial houses

That is the typical food: mojo picón is a kind of sauce ( spicy and delicious). Papas arrugás are potatoes boiled without peeling them off. But apart from these two meals, the Tenerife gastronomy is rich with lots of delicious types of meals

This hotel is situated in Puerto de la Cruz, in the zone of playa Jardín. It is five minutes walking from plaza del Charco that is the meeting point of all people visiting Puerto de la Cruz. There is a great New Year's Eve party in this plaza (square) with lots of people looking at the fireworks, dancing and listening to the live music, enjoying the coming of the new year.
