Health is the key
Anyone who knows me, knows that I pay a great deal of attention to my health.
Good health is related to good foods (nutritious food) and exercise.
We all can eat chocolates, cakes, etc., in moderate portions...as long as we exercise. I like dark chocolate, cocoa, egg tarts, fruit cakes, multi-grain bread, etc., and when I want to eat some of them I will do it either in the morning or at breakfast, never in the evening.
Keeping a healthy lifestyle enables you to study, work, research, exercising, traveling, etc., in a simple word, enables you to be
happy.
In being healthy you gain a great interest for learning languages and a desire to travel around the world and know new peoples and new places.
When I travel I like to walk all day long, I leave the hotel in the morning and I will only come back at night.
