|  | ATXtraveler (Mark) was in town from Texas, so a bunch of us got together at the Mad Dog in the Fog for a little beer. OK, a lot of beer. Fortunately for me the bar is only 4 blocks from my house, allowing me an easy crawl home.
Other VTers who made the trip were mesoblonda (Mel), agnesnow (Aga), her boytoy John, p.Hawkeyes (Peter), joevazquez (Joe - no Jackson this time), and of course karnubawax (Me).
I had a great time as did everyone else. Someday the rest of you San Francisco VTers are gonna have to get a clue and come join us. |

Locals use the word "The" in front of many district names and leave out the word "district". e.g. "The Mission", "The Sunset", Haight-Ashbury is "The Haight", the Tenderloin district is called "The Tenderloin", and the Castro district is "The Castro". | Jefie Fri Jul 24, 2009 20:11 UTC
