Pushi Rubiano was my first ever VT friend. I don't think even she knows that!
She also has my very favourite VT nickname - I think it's just sooo cute (for those of you who don't know, Pushi Rubiano means Aruban Pussycat).
When I decided to head to her corner of the world to ring in New Year 2007, she was so helpful! She looked into hotels for me and eventually I decided on the Bucuti Beach Resort, as it appeared to have everything Mum and I wanted for our trip. |

|  | Hugs at First Sight We arranged to meet on January 2nd and Pushi said she'd meet us at our Hotel. I was nervous - I always am when I'm meeting new people.
I wandered into the Hotel gift shop to kill some waiting time, and when I went to pay for a trinket at the cash desk I saw this beautiful smiling person looking at me - it was my lovely friend Pushi Rubiano. We hugged like old friends, and it was all go from there. |
