As I said before, Stephanie and Gerry came all the way from USA to be with us.
It was a last minute decision by them due to the fact that Aussieland is so far away and because obviously there's other big vt meets around this time of year....for example the huge Santorini meet in June.
We were all over the moon that Stephanie and Gerry took the time out to come such a long way to see us!!
And guess what?!! they must have enjoyed themselves because they were one of the first to sign up for the big one in Darwin next year, 2008 yea!! How cool is that?!!! ;o) |

Of course every downunder meet is a great chance to catch up.
......and we did plenty of that!!
Tina and I were so happy to give these lovely ladies a big hug and enjoy a couple of action packed, fun loving days.
Unfortunately it doesn't last ;o(

And of course we're so glad that vt'ers from all around the world wanted to join in!!
Unfortunately they couldn't be here for real, but they certainly did have a good time virtually :o)

Two gorgeous ladies.....Tina and Alex - with a hansome fella in between, Bronson.
Bronson is a super star! He recently hosted his own real life drama on an Australian television program. As you can see he's very special to his owner Alex :o)
Alex is well known as the 'cat woman' here in Perth and Bronson loves to hang around on her shoulder and like any fella, enjoyes all the attention he gets ;o)
........... and believe me, he got heaps of attention when Alex brought him along on Sunday evening.

On the Friday of the vt big weekend a few of us took the Captain Cook ferry over to Fremantle.
Of course you should never visit Freo (as us locals call it) without having lunch at the famous brewery, Little Creatures.
So we all had a fabulous lunch......included on the menu was marinated skippy, which everyone enjoyed....washed down with our famous 20047 Award winning Little Creatures Pale Ale beer!!

After the big one.....
(vt meet that is)........hubby and I thought we'd take Adelaidean and hubby and 1+1 up to the Pinnacles.
In this pic.............Deb and I were feeling quite thirsty after walking around viewing strange looking rocks.....
