The studio health is another good one to keep on display....

Asking me about my film work also keeps a fire under my ass for what I am up to creatively, sometimes hearing from friends or people familiar with my creative life gives me a well placed galvinizer....

So, taking it off in cyberspace among cyberpeers means I'd better keep my real ass in the gym - at the minimum, so my VT guests will recognize me when they surprise me at the studio in Morocco. (No names...)

While I am throwing out strange and semi-useful travel advice on my beloved Fes and Morocco, I thought I could use this page to keep myself in shape. The VT world is opening itself up to me and with all the kind compliments and sometimes downright sexy and raunchy ones: it's time to put it to work.

Self-Applied peer pressure 101.

So...it's fine to ask for more new pictures - in this way I'll be pressured into going into the gym instead of continually losing myself (and my health) in my film related work, which, like writing novels, is one of the least salubrious of activites. (Hamdoolilah, the smoking hasn't come back...)

Film related work reduces you to eyes, ears, brain and nervous system.
And Moroccan life means quite a bit a bureaucratic engagements involving sitting and waiting.

So - with this combo, it is easy to become sedentary... for the love of love, fellow VTers, make sure that doesn't happen to your ever lovin' JamJam.

Morocco (and Islamic culture in general) needs defending, but never at the expense of truth.

Shouldn't one be paid for Jamal's maintenance? Is this really the proper place to be posting such things? What does this have to do with tourism, travel or the reader of this Personal Album?
