Geographical Nameplace Refrigerator Magnets

by Stephen-KarenConn - last update: Feb 6, 2008

My Refrigerator Magnet Collection

One of the things we do to remember our trips is to look for a refrigerator magnet from each place we visit. There are no generic daisies or butterflies in this collection. In order for a magnet to be on our fridge it must display the name of a place we have been together. That way our refrigerator is a constantly changing collage of memories of trips past. Not only is our refrigerator full, but also the freezer in the basement, and two file cabinets in our study. Sometimes we worry that if our collection keeps growing the magnetic pull will cause cars to veer off the road as they pass our house. GRIN!

Good grief! Just checked out your favorite travel adventures. I don't know if I envy you or pity you. Wish you both the best of everything. You are wonderful!
