The greatest what?

Hooray for Catholic Girls

New flavor of BBQ

Beach Blanket Babylon Blvd?

Are "public sex acts" a big problem?

The Buddy Monk

OK, this is actually supposed to be a statue of the Blessed Father Junípero Serra, who founded many of California's 21 Spanish missions in the late 1700s. Under his leadership, the missionaries were able to convert some 10 percent of the local natives to Christianity.

This is at a rest stop just south of San Francisco along I-280.

Hey! You're writing the sort of tips I like to write :-) On a somber note, the military memorials around town have been too often ignored, so thanks for including them here on VT.
