The Fort Collins Museum of Contemporary Art | artsy-fartsy Fort Collins |
The Contemporary Art Museum is located in the Old Post Office at 201 S. College Ave. The structure, one of the landmarks of Old Fort Collins, is on the National Register of Historic Places. The architect was James Knox Taylor (1857-1924), who had been a colleague of the neo-classical master Cass Gilbert, and who served as the Supervising Architect for the US Treasury for many years.
