Inspired dessert from the Finnish archipelago By an accident I found 6 lef over bottles of sallow thorn -juice from restaurant's cupboard. They were almost out of date, so I decided to use this acid but crisp taste for combing it with a grapefruit juice. Using the real fridge size ice cream machine from Italy I managed to produce 5 liters of sorbet at one try. What a success it was in several big event's in that restaurant -easy to produce, fresh and fragrant sorbet. |

Hei, nice pages and the Finnish ones make me miss Suomi - my next trip is bewteen Christmas and new year to Helsinki. I need the snow and cold. I like the food pics. |
