Blarney Castle

Blarney Castle
This is taken at the top of the castle. I did it. I kissed the Blarney Stone. Yeah, I know what the locals are supposed to do to it. I kissed it anyway.
There are some Pagan artifacts on the grounds that are interesting.
The Giant's Causeway

Giants Causeway

The Giant's Causeway is an area of 40,000 interlocking basalt columns resulting from a volcanic eruption. It is located about 2 miles (3 km) north of the town of Bushmills in County Antrim, Northern Ireland along the northeast coast of Ireland.
The Hill of Tara

The Hill of Tara

The Hill of Tara, known as Temair in gaeilge, was once the ancient seat of power in Ireland – 142 kings are said to have reigned there in prehistoric and historic times. In ancient Irish religion and mythology Temair was the sacred place of dwelling for the gods, and was the entrance to the otherworld. Saint Patrick is said to have come to Tara to confront the ancient religion of the pagans at its most powerful site.
Poulnabrone

The Burren

There are over seventy megalithic tombs in in The Burren, the most well known is Poulnabrone. It was excavated in 1968 and found to contain the remains of "between 16 and 22 adults and 6 juveniles, including a newborn baby". Radiocarbon dating suggests that the burials took place 3800 and 3200 BC. The neolithic community would have been much larger than this and there are easier ways to bury the dead, so Poulnabrone is generally considered to contain the remains of special dead and to have been a center for ceremony and symbolism.
