In the 12 days following the kidnapping of two Israeli soldiers by the Lebanese militia Hezbollah, the Israeli response has crippled Lebanon's infrastructure, created ghost towns and displaced thousands.

You could hear the bombs falling,

you thought you was going to be bombed.
There is incredible tension and people were just scared to be out...

For 12 days and nights it has bombed roads, bridges,
airports, sea ports, fuel stores, petrol stations
and electricity generators.
So far, at least 360 people ,have died - many in their homes and thousands missing under the rubbles ...

Stop bloodshed and violence
and end the suffering
of hundreds of thousands of innocent people ...

Thousands of Lebanese from the south of the country
are streaming north and are crowding into schools,
relatives' homes or hotels.

LEBANON faces a humanitarian crisis in the face
of the continued Israeli onslaught, with food,
fuel and medical supplies under threat
and large parts of the country's infrastructure in ruins.
