Mountain tops in Switzerland | Summer over the Swiss alps |
This was taken on a bright day in July of 2002. We (Jack and Christiane) were on a twin engine plane to see eiger, monch, jungfrau and the matterhorn. |
|  | Swiss Alps A glacier on the Swiss alps. To get to see this spectacular view and others in this album we went to German Rheinfelden and booked a flight on a twin engine plane. The plane only could seat 4 people at a time and I think we paid a modest 100 euros or there about. I am certain other places in Switzerland has such service. |
| | Chris admiring the beauty of the alps Not a flight for the faint at heart. Every foray into a cloud patch sent the small plane we were on into a lurch and rattle. Here is Chris contemplating if we will survive the ride. It was bumpy but the view was spectacular. |
