As for most Filipino families, a wedding is a good excuse to gather together and renew familial ties. So everyone who can walk, totter, roll is expected to attend the summons to a family wedding! Above picture shows a portion of my clan, all set to enjoy each others company during my cousin's wedding last January, 2007.

I am speaking of the leaf, named Sophia Leaf whom my niece adopted in Batangas, i think the shortest adoption in history. We lost S. L. in following day when a strong breeze blew it into the sea while we were having merienda.
