Dongguan consists of 21 Zheng(Towns)and the aministrative control of these Zheng is in Guan Cheng also known as Dongguan city.All of these are part of Guangdong province.
Actually this is a mega indutrial region ,producing whatever,u name it.Basically when Chins first open it's door in the late 1980's ,the Taiwanese and Hongkong industrialists set up their base here due to it's proximity to Hongkong.With capital pouring in,the local government start ed building roads n highways realising the importance of infrastructure to support the factories.the extensive network of roads is one of the best in China.

Tanxia Town is about 25 mins away from Shenzen and 2 hrs from Guangzhou.My residence is a groud floor unit with a front and side gardens.I love gardening n rearing Chinese carps.There is a lake fronting my apartment.

Fishing from th pier is my favourite pastime.I found out that fishing at night tends to yield bigger catch..i mean the size of the fishes.Best time would be around 10 pm to midnight,then around 4 am to 6 am.

Actually both are the same,except that Japanese kois are selected and breed over n over to a perfection.Only 5 % are picked for breeding with the balance discarded.Whereas the Chinese carps are allowed to breed as is where is.No wonder the price differences ,an above average Koi could cost a few thousand US$ each but for Chinese carp the cost is U$8 to US10 each ,arouind 1.5 ft length wise.
The best fish has to be shaped like a jumbo airplane, with the correct color on the right location.
Every morning ,the fishes will swim towards you waiting for their breakfast.
