We took the cable car from Stop 1 all the way to Stop 14....i wouldn't have made it otherwise...haha!

Here i'm still fresh and energetic after the cable car ride and before any serious climbing.

me & W after making it through about 4 Stops....she was going on strong...i was swaying a little from the gradient of the slopey mountains! U don't know how steep it actually is till you're walking it.....Just mind boggling how hard the work must have been to build it. Not to mention the Imperial guards who had to patrol it.

Here's a pic of Stops 18-20....I didn't manage to make it all the way to 20 but just a quarter way up, cos W was worried we'd be late getting back down to Stop 1 and make our way back to BJ city when jams would have started, cos i like take super long....

Here's one of me feeling quite wobbly in the legs after a whole series of steep downhill sections....can't believe i've actually completed 3 quarters of 13 stops at this point.....I'm amazed cos humanly not jen-possible! Thank God for strengthening me.

Had wanted to call my "Ai Ren" (as the locals call them) earlier when I first got on the Wall but there was no reception. Then my phone rang enroute to the Tobogans at Stop 6. At that point, my legs were really straining oredi.....and i was running on non-existent muscle (is there such a thing?) when my baby called! So happy to tell him i actually made it without him helping me like an old lady, like when we tried the Macritchie trails!

So Winnie took one of me on the Great Wall talking long distance to Singapore....how cool is that!!!
