The Line, Shangri La Hotel, Singapore

Raspberry Chocolate Mousse
The Line at the Shangri La is the creme de la creme of all buffets in Singapore. There's nothing quite like it.
Delicious desserts that seem to jump out of the pages of Vogue,
decadent selections of food and heaps of succulent seafood.
Here's my favourite selections at the Line.
Flowing Chocolate Fondue
Strawberry Panna Cotta, Strawberry Gelato
Squid Ink Pasta
Raspberry Champagne Gelatin
Golf Leaf Passionfruit Creme
Eating is a holistic experience so the decor must be taken into decoration. The theme over here is 70's retro chic.

Hello Glen, Outstanding pages. Thanks for the virtual tour. Tomas Eriksson :)

Why would anybody quote a price in a currency other than the one in use locally? Firstly, the entire world is not American. Secondly, exchange rates fluctuate, so a figure in a foreign currency is useless.
