Deep into the Norse Myth I have to confess that I never believed I would love a country that was sooo cold 6 months out of the year. Fact is that after meeting several upstanding examples of swedish population during my 2 year long stay in Barcelona, I had to see the place for myself. The last piece of news is that I'm working on opening a wine bar in Stockholm (those famous enoteca's that spring up in Rome like mushrooms ... or churches ... whichever one you like better :) |

Skansen I love this place!!! The open air museum, original buildings, original food, animals, you name it it's there. The cheapest time machine ride ever (110 Kr I think ...) |

Subway Apart from being clean, comfortable & relatively inexpensive ... the best feature remains the art (ever present in Stockholm in general, but a very pleasant surprise when you have to wait around for the train 30 mt below ground :) |

My Girl Last but not least a very big reason why I've become one of Ryan Air 's biggest sponsor ... I hear they're switching to Emanuel's Air anytime now :) Yeah I've been flying up there about twice a month to see my girl, hope you see my point!! :) P.S. A little update folks ... needless to say Sheila here is not too wild about me leaving for OZ ... and staying away 1 year. So let's just say right now I'm on sabbatical :) |
