i enjoy being in another country. Alone. With no idea how to speak the language. When everything is new, everything is amazing.

i don't have heroes exactly, but if i had to choose it would be the man on my Dublin page intro and his contemporaries all over the world.

i have blue eyes.
i have very dark brown hair.
i have sideburns.
i shave every 3rd day approx.
i like having stubble.
i once spent 80 Euro for a haircut.
i don't regret it.
i am 6'3" or approx 190cm.
i enjoy being tall.
i love team sports.
i would love to try playing handball someday, it seems like a sport I would enjoy.

i love Calvin and Hobbes, Doonesbury and The Boondocks.
i like Americans.
i think Germans are the most underrated nation in terms of fun.
i never take enough pictures but I have a lot of memories.
i dislike people who hate having their photo taken. Be proud. People will respect you more.
i love receiving letters.
i am very interested in politics.
i don't want to get more right wing as I get older.
i think Catch 22 is still the best book i have ever read. And re-read. And re-read.
i love to party all night and watch the sun come up on a summers morning in someone special's arms.

i think Thom Yorke has an incredible voice.
i really enjoy meeting new people but don't have the time to do so as much as I would like.
i don't have even half as much of an ego as you think I do ;-) Really.
i own a lot of sports shoes. Old school styles.
i usually wear 46 shoes but Adidas size 46 does't fit.
i was thrilled to find sizes 47 in shops in Amsterdam and bought 3 pairs the first day.
i love maps of all kinds. Every place i go the first thing i do is buy a map.

i used to write a lot of letters, then lost the habit, but have picked it up again recently.
i have noticed how bad my handwriting is now that i type more than write.

i wish i was less selfish.

i worked in a video rental store for 6 months and somehow lost my love of cinema.

I treat people with respect. It's at the very core of who I am.
