This is a great picture of Angus, Carmen and Zoe enjoying the rays of sunshine that fall on our bed on weekend mornings. Did I say our bed? Hmmmm.... They would say it's theirs!

The first week of November is usually a great time to live in maryland. Wityh beautiful weather and gortgeous foliage, we are compelled to take the dogs for a walk.

Any exorcists out there? When Zoe found out that dog pajamas were written up in Dave Barry's 2005 Holiday Gift Guide she was so embarrassed that she became possessed with some underworld deamon. Yikes!!

The best thing about having dogs is that there is always someone happy to see you at the end of your day. No matter how hard the day was, whether you saved the world or screwed it up, the dogs are always happy to see you.

Sometimes, our dogs look so peaceful as they laze in the beams of sunshine that spotlight the bed on a warm fall morning. How can it be that these angelic animals are carnivores. Do they really look like they've killed two woodchucks and seven squirrels in the past few years? Yes, I bet even a squirrel would look at this photo and say, "Ah... I want to snuggle with them!"

After moving to Hawaii, our dogs got better at being beach bums. Here Zoe and Blaze enjoy the sights, sounds and sun of Sunset Beach on Oahu's North Shore

Angus got two new companions in February 2007, when we adopted Blaze and Boomer from the Hawaii Dog Foundation. Their former owners were in the military and got deployed to the Middle East.

Andrea had knee surgey and finally got to personally grasp the benefit of therapy dogs!
