This picture was taken in downtown Cleveland, OH on a foggy night in March 1986. Around 2:00 AM the city was pretty empty and sort of uncomfortable, but the call for some good shots was irresistable. Somebody stuck his head out the window of the framed car, which was moving extremely slow, probably puzzled and wondering what I was doing there.
