Tree Lined Avenue

A nice place to walk
Sometimes I just walk around and take snaps of different things. I did so in Budapest and here are some of the odds and ends I discovered.

For some reason I was fascinated with these old door hinges.

Here is a close up of the hinge. You can tell it is old, hand made, and has been in place for a long time.

A music center

I heard some beautiful music one day and walked down a side street toward it. I found the source. This boy was practicing Cello inside this room. He never knew I was there.

Interesting hinges

I assume that this was the site of a traffic accident that took the life of some one. Even an old city like Budapest has new history being made every day.

There is nothing so lovely as a tree

Trees Everywhere

I love trees so it seems weird to me that I spend so much time in the desert. Anyway, I saw this baby pine an snapped a sot of it.
Insulators of the world, unite!

I also love hardware of all sorts and took some photos of these electrical insulators. They are unlike the ones from the west and are of communist era manufacture.
