|  | Playing with the wind The climate in Holland is not always suitable for tanning on the beach. But there are so many other activities you can do. The wind would like to play with you, go: kitesurfing, windsurfing or play with kites. |

Dunes The Dunes protect our country against the sea. A large part of the Netherlands is below sealevel. It's a rather harsh natural landscape, because not many plants can cope with the salt and winds from the sea. | | |
