Light and shadow on the floor and bookshelf

Can you see the fiber in the rug?

Got the camera on Sat in Ampang Park. By the time I got it all charged up. It's already late in the evening. But, when the sun comes up in the morning, I'm all charged up to take pictures!
I'm surprise that the camera is good enough to pick up the threads of the rug on the floor. I sent it to a friend of mine, and he said he can see count the hair on the floor too!
Sunlight and shadow on the floor

Sunlight and shadow on the floor

Nothing much to write about here. But next to footsie is my Nikon box.
Sun coming in from the balcony

Sun coming in from the balcony

Same thing all over. Sunlight casting shadows on the floor. Making use of my tripod too.
Thread of my pants

Can you see the threads on the pants?

It was Sunday morning, left my laundry to dry in the balcony, the sun was shinning and took this. I was surprise at the details the camera can pick up on my pants. At normal view (VT compressed the actual picture), I can almost count the threads on my pants! It seems the camera can see better than my naked eyes!

Actual size, Cropped

Ok, I cropped the actual picture and make the file smaller. (The actual file size is about 2.8Mb). Can you see what I mean? I dunno, somehow, VT still compress the file, the real one, unedited, is still much better to look at.
Lamp Post

Bright sunny day

This is taken on the walkway in BSC. Sister dragged me outta house for lunch. The good thing is, I don't have to pay for it. Who in the world can say no to free lunch? And free ride too!
Anyway, we have really weird cloud formation on that day. Nothing I've quite seen before. Took a couple in the car, they didn't turn up quite well (the car is tinted).
Home sweet home

Lights up at night

This is what I come back to after work everyday. On most nights, I would fall alseep watching the tv or reading my books. It's not the most complete apartment that is for sure. For a start, there is no stove in the kitchen. And the only thing I can ever make outta my kitchen is my morning cereal. What can I say? It's a dysfuntional kitchen!
