I rescued Snookie when she was a tiny kitten. A family moved away and left her, a sibling and the mother cat. We adopted Snookie--she's 18 years old now.

Here's the latest photo of her luxuriating on our living room couch (June'08).

The girls...where's Snookie??

Pittypat (solid black) is 22 years old now! She just passed in November '08--it was a sad day to loose our eldest kitty!

Cleo, black with the white spot on her neck (shown when she was 18) is no longer with us; Paddycake is the tabby cat in the back (shown when 18 years old) she passed two months later. We miss them so much!

Pittypat was a very shy when she first moved in under our porch. Pittypat and Mama Kitty arrived together. Mama Kitty must have been abused because it took over a year to get her to trust us, after that she became the most loving little cat there ever was. She died over ten years ago.

All three cats were half sisters--each from different litters.

Pitty is a real sweet cat; always gentle and never irritable with anyone. Here is her recent photo--napping, as usual (June '08).

Comfy Places

Snookie likes snuggly places, so found this basket to be the ideal spot for a nap. This pic was taken several years ago when we still lived in Pennsylvania.

Here's my sleek little girl investigating the Dracena. My cats are only allowed in our fenced back yard when I'm there, too. Their front feet are declawed, so are not permitted to venture far.
