|  | Ever Since Peabody, Massachussets held the Twist & Shout convention in 2004, my balloons have been "totally twisted."
This is my "Alien Wear" hat... |
I took first for Original Costume in the 2005 Mummer's Day Parade in Philadelphia. It took me seven hours to twist this car. As you can see, I have a balloon horn on the side that I can "honk." Well, under the costume, I had a horn from a 1911 Oldsmobile, the kind you have to squeeze. So every time I would "honk" the balloon horn, I was also tooting the real horn. Boy, the kids loved it.
