For my part, I travel not to go anywhere, but to go. I travel for travel's sake. The great affair is to move.

The Wetroads of East Kent

by Kettleman - last update: Apr 7, 2008

Inspired by the Wetroads website, I thought I'd look at the "wetroads" in my area. Wetroads are better known as fords and irish bridges.

I will write the entire trip up here but in the meantime please click here to see the shortened version on my webpage.

Blimey, Gurka food. We ate curry when we scaled the highest peak in the Danish mountain range this summer. For 2 of our party it was to be their undoing - See my Silkeborg travelogue - Mike in "Barking Town"

Visited yesterday as my partner spent ages 1-6 in Hythe many years ago. Your photos are very good... lovely, lovely town!

Hey, I've got pictures of me and my bro on the RHD railway, scary big flares and all c.1980! Cool place. Dungeness though...maybe I needed a guide to appreciate it's beauty? He he!
